This is a working draft and will be reviewed by legal counsel before launch. It describes how we intend to handle your data in plain language.

What we collect

Your email and password (the password is stored only as a secure hash).
For creators: identity documents and a selfie, used solely to verify age and identity.
Content you upload, and basic usage data needed to run the service.

How we protect identity documents

Verification documents are the most sensitive data we hold. They are stored privately, are never shown to buyers or other creators, and are deleted 90 days after a verification decision. Location metadata is stripped from every uploaded image. After a document is deleted, we keep only the fact that you were verified and an age range — not your date of birth.

What we never do

We never show your email address to other users.
We never reveal a creator’s identity to buyers.
We never sell your personal data.

Your choices

You can update your notification preferences at any time. Marketing messages are optional and off unless you opt in. You can request deletion of your account and personal data, subject to records we must keep for legal and financial reasons.
