This is a working draft and will be reviewed by legal counsel before launch. It describes the intended rules of the platform in plain language.

1. Who can use Feetsea

You must be at least 18 years old and of legal age in your jurisdiction. Creators must complete identity verification before publishing or receiving payouts. Accounts found to be operated by minors are removed immediately and permanently.

2. Content rules

Every album is reviewed by a person before it goes live. You may only publish content you created and own, featuring only yourself. Content depicting other identifiable people, or that violates our prohibited-content policy, is rejected and may result in a ban.

3. Payments and payouts

Buyers pay for content and keep permanent access to what they unlock, even if a creator later removes it from sale. Creators receive their share after a short holding period that protects the platform against chargebacks. Exact fees are shown before you commit to any action.

4. Refunds

Unlocked digital content is generally non-refundable, because it is delivered immediately. Disputes — wrong content, technical failure, or fraud — are handled case by case through support.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms. You can close your account at any time; content others have already purchased remains available to them.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
